NOVAFOODIES is pleased to announce a two‑part webinar series dedicated to the future of novel and functional foods in the seafood and aquaculture sector. Organised within the framework of the EU‑co‑funded NOVAFOODIES project, the event will gather researchers, industry actors, innovators, and all stakeholders interested in new food sources and sustainable marine‑based ingredients. The webinars offer a unique opportunity to explore scientific insights, market perspectives, technological advances, and the regulatory environment surrounding algae‑based products and Novel Foods.
