This collaboration marks an important step in our mission to foster innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation across the European agrifood sector, with a particular focus on marine and freshwater raw materials for innovative functional food production systems.
Through this initiative, which is a unique educational opportunity, NOVAFOODIES will deliver an interactive session on December 4th designed to provide students with practical insights into the digital transformation of aquaculture and food supply chains. The session will explore how technology can enhance transparency, traceability, and trust in the food ecosystem—key pillars for building resilient and even more sustainable systems.
A highlight of the session will be the direct contribution of GOINFOTEAM, whose expertise in advanced digital solutions is central to NOVAFOODIES’ innovation strategy. GOINFOTEAM will showcase its pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge tools for supply chain traceability, including the NOVAFOODIES App for seafood supply chain transparency.
Participants will gain an understanding of Digital Solutions for Supply Chain and Product Traceability Through Blockchain, RFID and IoT Applications developed within NOVAFOOIDES. The session will emphasize digital innovation as a key driver in shaping a more sustainable future for both aquaculture and food systems.
