NOVAFOODIES M12 CONSORTIUM MEETING IN FARO!
Last 30-31 May, NOVAFOODIES celebrated its first year of activity in Faro, with a consortium meeting organised by Portoguese partners Sagremarisco and Holoss.
During the two-day-meeting, NOVAFOODIES Partners had the opportunity to share updates about all Work Packages, delving into topics like the evaluation of pilot scale operation, new methods for processing algae and fish species, pursuing the final goal of greening food productions systems, introduing innovative functional food based on macro and micro algae and other fish species.
On the second day, NOVAFOODIES group went from Faro to Sagres. After a city tour, Partners visited Sagremarisco farm and got an insight of their activities.
