NOVAFOODIES kick-off meeting took place in Sevilla last 18-19th May.

The Consortium met for the first time to officially start NOVAFOODIES activities and to finetune the guidelines that will guide the partners in the coming months.

NOVAFOODIES, funded by Horizon Europe for  next 35 months (01.05.2023 – 30.04.2026), brings together 28 partners (from Europe, China and Israel) to improve efficiency in the aquatic food sector. In brief, NOVAFOODIES intends to explore the innovative functional food production systems base on a more sustainable value chains of marine and freshwater raw materials for conscientious European consumers.
