ANFACO CECOPESCA had the chance to introduce the NOVAFOODIES Project to Vigo University students during a lecture.

On November 16, Ms. Paula Fajardo Bernardez, ANFACO CECOPESCA representative, gave a speech to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in food science and technology about food security.

She also seized the chance to give an overview of NOVAFOODIES project, describing the objectives of our collaboration and the primary tasks that ANFACO CECOPESCA would be performing, namely biosecurity evaluations for the new products that NOVAFOODIES will be developing.
