NOVAFOODIES: FIRST SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATION ON PROJECT PROGRESSES
The NOVAFOODIES project has a strong scientific vocation.
Recently, a brand-new scientific paper was published by the coordinator of the project IDENER, demonstrating the high scientific vocation of the project.
It is only a little over a year since the beginning of the NOVAFOODIES project and the first results of the research on microalgae showed their high impact on several fields:
- Utilisation of microalgae beyond nutrition and medicine (e.g., renewable energy or cosmetics).
- Relevance of drying method election in the processed microalgae application (e.g., moisture or lipid concentration).
- Comprehensive bibliometric analyses and network visualisations of microalgae applications and drying methods.
