Clustering activities are essential for EU project as they contribute to maximize results achieved within each partnership. That is why, NOVAFOODIES is glad to promote a series of video animations that the EU project SeaWheat Cost Action (supported by COST PROGRAMME) has recently developed with the aim of promoting innovative marine culture.

The focus of the video, produced by the University of Haifa (also partner in NOVAFOODIES), is the lettuce of the sea or ULVA, a group of edible green algae that is widely distributed in shallow waters of sea and ocean environments 🌊.
