NOVAFOODIES will develop novel functional aquafeeds and food products for human consumption.
In this sense, our partner ANFACO-CECOPESCA is working, in collaboration with University of Genova, in evaluating the antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, and the nutritional value of three species of algae, Codium, Ulva and Alaria, produced by CTAQUA and The Seaweed Company.
