To achieve a high level of expertise among workers in the field of aquaculture, an efficient knowledge transfer strategy must be implemented.

In the NOVAFOODIES project, LVA, in collaboration with ACH, is responsible for training courses that enable both newcomers and professionals to gain and deepen their understanding of aquaculture.

These courses will include information gathered throughout the project, as well as the essential background knowledge needed for comprehensive understanding.

Special attention will be given to marginalized groups to facilitate their entry into jobs within the aquaculture industry.
